Cancellation Policy: you are required to give 24 hour notice of cancellation. If you are to no show or cancel with less than 24 hour notice there will be a 3 strike policy as follows: First: no charges, but will be sent a copy of the cancellation policy Second: you will be required to keep an active card on file to book another appointment Third: you will be charged 50% of your total services to the card on file, and will be required to pay a deposit to my discretion to book any future appointments I do understand life happens, things come up and that’s okay! But, to keep my limited availability fair and open to clients it’s important to be respectful to my time, as well as to my other clients. Thank you!
